Currently about 160 bequests left by notable writers, artists, scientists, politicians and businesspersons from Lucerne and Central Switzerland, including the theologian Herbert Haag (1915–2001) and the linguist Eduard Huber (1880–1914). The 22 bequests left by musicians from Lucerne are a prominent highlight of the collection.
