Our Sempacherstrasse library issues requested items at the information desk.

Items that you request from the off-site stacks, open stacks and other libraries will be held for pick-up at the desk for a week. 
You'll receive a notification for each requested or reserved item once it is ready to collect. 

The open stacks have a number of self-checkout stations (including two at which you can pay fees by card). To borrow from the library you need a library card. You can borrow up to 500 items. Borrowing fees must not exceed CHF 50.
