You can request open shelf items via swisscovery RZS or collect them in person during library opening hours. Zug-Rotkreuz Campus members have 24/7 access to the library with the HSLU card.

Items for collection are placed on the pick-up shelf next to the self-checkout station where you can log them to your card. Items are placed on the pick-up shelf in alphabetical order according to the first four letters of your surname. 

Items that you request will be held for pick-up for a week. You'll receive a notification for each requested or reserved item once it is ready to collect.

There is a self-checkout station next to the main entrance of the library where you can check out open shelf items yourself. To borrow from the library you'll need a SLSP library card or a Campus Card. You can borrow up to 100 items. Borrowing fees must not exceed CHF 50.
